The Full Story
We are a community business, which aims to bring delicious, sustainable and local food to Thornton.

Our vegetarian café is at the heart of our business with a menu highlighting our commitment to seasonal eating, reducing food waste and supporting small-scale local producers.

Our Picklery runs on Mondays and produces a range of preserves using surplus, seasonal and foraged ingredients.
​
We also run a programme of practical workshops and events, a vegetable exchange, veg box scheme and provide a small retail outlet for locally produced artisan foods
